Training with Jill includes a customized fitness plan tailored to address each clients goals. Work in person or virtually, privately in studio, outside or even at your own home gym/outdoor space. Weekly workout program
The On Track program is for those self motivated looking for a little support. The program includes a progressive weekly exercise program customized to help you meet your goals, unlimited access to Jill and weekly zoom check ins. The Program also includes a one time only 20% discount for single 1:1 personal training session (virtual or in person).
